Set near the Raccoon River Valley Trail, Kinship Brewing draws people in with its charred-wood façade, expansive outdoor patio, and half-acre dog park—beautifully blending passive sustainability with neighborhood-focused design. The 13,000-square-foot building on a six-acre site nods to its industrial roots while embracing art and daylight. A serving-tasting layout with a transparent production area keeps the beer-making in view, anchored by a 300-foot art wall that frames space and frames stories. Minimal exterior finishes mean low maintenance but maximum impact. The project is not just a brewery—it's a gathering place where biking, dogs, art, and craft beer converge.
