Lincoln Savings Bank Headquarters

On the top three floors of the historic John Deere "R" Building at TechWorks, Lincoln Savings Bank re-centered its Waterloo operations in a flexible, tech-forward workplace that honors the site's manufacturing past. The design reinstates the historic fenestration rhythm and reveals the original concrete frame and columns, pairing those bones with contemporary work zones, collaboration areas, and hospitality touches. A high-performance underfloor air distribution (UFAD) system threads comfort and efficiency through the large floorplates without compromising the building's character.
