North Iowa Area Community College (NIACC) Student Housing

Masony City, Iowa

Completed in 2015, Campus View replaces aging housing with a modern, community-forward residence hall that keeps students a short walk from class and plugged into campus life. The plan emphasizes daylight, shared lounges, and outdoor connections, taking advantage of views across NIACC's lakes while stitching the hall back to the academic core. Three suite types—Double, Semi-Private, and Full—pair private bedrooms with shared living, and are supported by commons, study areas, and an on-site dining program. Capacity scales to serve nearly four hundred residents, reinforcing a true residential experience at a community-college scale.
