The Eyerly Ball Mental Health Clinic is a two-story, 15,000-square-foot behavioral health facility located near Iowa Lutheran Hospital. Designed as a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, the $10.4 million project creates a safe, calming, and trauma-informed setting for individuals and families seeking mental health support. Spaces are organized around an Access Center that ensures patients can be directed to appropriate services quickly and with dignity.

Natural light, calming finishes, and private consultation areas reduce stigma and anxiety. The layout was created to support both urgent and long-term care, with flexibility for therapy, medication management, and crisis response services. By centralizing critical behavioral health programs in one accessible location, the clinic provides a vital resource for Polk County and surrounding communities.
