The Waukee Medical Park is a 75,000-square-foot multispecialty clinic designed to bring a wide range of healthcare services together in a rapidly growing community. The facility's layout prioritizes convenience and efficiency, consolidating specialties under one roof to simplify care for families and patients. Large windows and floor-to-ceiling glass maximize natural daylight, while landscaped views and vertical fins on the façade balance openness with energy efficiency.

The design includes multiple reception points for clear wayfinding, shell space for future growth, and adaptable clinical layouts to meet evolving medical needs. Outdoor plazas and native landscaping create restorative connections to the site, integrating healthcare with community amenities. Together, these features make the facility both a destination for care and a model of sustainable, future-ready design.
